swiss poster

For some reason I am really struggling on this Swiss poster. I have googled and watched your video many times and I can't even get a large enough size on the picture or do a background for the them nail pictures that I getting. Im not sure if it because it is a new program of photoshop but I'm really not understanding. Can you please help.

  1. Hi Ashlee,

    Copy an image from the Carnegie Mellon site and bring it into photoshop. Now, click menu item IMAGE>IMAGE SIZE and make the width 12" and the height can float. Make the dpi 240. click okay then add a new layer and copy it from there. Let me know if this does it.

  2. I'm doing that, if i go to the next page, it won't let me copy the image, or if i do it from the original page its only letting me copy the thumbnail, which that isn't a big enough picture that i need.

  3. You need to use the "snipping" tool built into windows to take a screenshot.... CMU put a copy protection on their images... Are you using a PC? Macs also have a way to take screenshots.
